Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Singapore: 3–7 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
• United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 7–15 business days
• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to update your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before they can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information first.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us and we'll investigate with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
